Our dedication to food starts in the fields of our own farm, Corneyside Farm in Matfen, Northumberland. Born and bred on the farm, this is where we source all the menu’s Limousin X beef and Texel lamb. It’s dry-aged, hung and butchered here at Kings Place. Check out the aging cabinet in the center of Rotunda to see what cuts are available.

The owners have a farm in Northumberland as well as an on-site hanging room, so meats cooked on the Josper grill are a particularly good bet
