Business Lunch at King’s Cross
Step away from the desk and into a lunch that works as hard as you do. Rotunda sits on the Regent’s Canal at Kings Place, within walking distance of King’s Cross station and Coal Drops Yard, and close to Google’s King’s Cross HQ. Whether it’s a client lunch, a team catch-up or a group booking for a working session, it’s a far better choice than a sandwich at your desk.
A lunch setting made for conversation
Rotunda overlooks the canal, with plenty of natural light and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to talk. We’re at 90 York Way, a short walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations and from the offices around Granary Square and Pancras Square, so you can be seated quickly and back at your desk on time.
We open for lunch from 12pm Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday and Sunday too if you’d rather meet at the weekend. Expect British classics and farm-to-table cooking, with ingredients from our own farm in Northumberland, alongside small plates and sharing plates that suit a relaxed, informal lunch. Our drinks list covers wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Choose your seat to suit the occasion: the alfresco terrace on a bright day, a quiet corner for a more private conversation, or our private dining room for meetings and working lunches.
Service is attentive without hovering. Lunch moves at a good pace, quick enough for a working day but never rushed, so you can concentrate on the conversation.
Our business lunch menu
Our set lunch menu gives you British classics at a fixed price: two courses for £18 or three for £24. Expect dishes like Corneyside Farm beef croquettes, a classic prawn cocktail, smoked haddock kedgeree fish cake and crème brûlée, with vegan options on every course.

Planning a group booking? We host working lunches, client entertaining and team celebrations. Our group menu offers set options and sharing plates, so ordering is simple and everyone gets to try a bit of everything.
For meetings and working sessions, our private dining room offers a dedicated space with lunch packages to match:
- Working Lunch, £22pp: a selection of artisan sandwiches on platters with crisps, fruit, and coffee, traditional and herbal teas.
- Deluxe Working Lunch, £25pp: artisan sandwiches on platters with crisps, seasonal cut vegetables with harissa hummus, a fruit plate, and coffee, traditional and herbal teas.
- Afternoon Break, £6.50pp: coffee, traditional and herbal teas, and a selection of cakes.
- Full Day Package, £45pp: a mini continental breakfast, mid-session refreshments, a working lunch and an afternoon break.

We welcome walk-ins, but lunchtimes can be busy, so we recommend reserving, especially for parties of 6 or more, or if you’re meeting a client and want a specific table. For any group booking, please reserve in advance so we can arrange your seating and menu.
