At Rotunda, provenance is more than a buzzword – it’s at the heart of the menu. The kitchen proudly champions a gate-to-plate ethos, with all beef and lamb sourced directly from Rotunda’s own Corneyside Farm in Matfen, Northumberland. These premium cuts are butchered and aged on-site in King’s Cross, making the steaks and sharing joints true highlights.

A re-purposed horsebox has taken up residence on the terrace and will be serving a summer menu of buns filled with slow-cooked beef and lamb from the Corneyside Farm.

Menu items include ‘Corneyside Farm lamb shoulder, sumac, sheep’s milk labneh, apricot chutney, mint and lemon’ and ‘Corneyside Farm smoked short rib, bone marrow mayonnaise, mustard, pickled shallot, watercress’.

The perfect accompaniment to an alfresco drink or two.
